Thank you for choosing Design HOTEL36. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in is from 14:00; check-out is by 12:00.
• A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in for every guest.
• Late check-in after 17:00 is available via self check-in — please contact us in advance via WhatsApp.

During your stay

• Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for other guests and neighbours.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common indoor areas; a designated outdoor area is available. A cleaning fee applies in case of violation.
• Please keep windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
• The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the reservation without prior approval.
• Visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed in the rooms without the hotel's consent.

Safety & responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the room, furnishings or hotel property caused during their stay.
• Please use the in-room safe for valuables; the hotel is not liable for items left unattended.
• For your safety, please do not leave cooking or electrical appliances unattended.
• In case of emergency, dial 112 (European emergency number).

Pets

• Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. Please contact the hotel before arrival.

Payment & cancellation

• Payment terms and any city tax are as stated in your reservation confirmation.
• Cancellation and no-show conditions follow the policy of your booking rate.
